New Practice Members at Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio
When you choose our practice for chiropractic care in East Colorado Springs, you’ll find a welcoming environment and a greater community of practice members who seek not just to alleviate pain or discomfort but to work toward overall wellness that encompasses the body and brain connection.
What to Expect at Your First Appointment
When you arrive for your first appointment, you will complete your practice member intake forms if they were not completed online prior to your visit. Once your forms are complete, we will give you a tour of the office and begin your New Practice Member Experience.
Dr. Codi will begin with a thorough health history and conversation about your current concerns, goals, lifestyle, and previous chiropractic experience. She will then perform a comprehensive examination, including neuroThermal, neuroCore, and neuroPulse scans, to gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system and body are functioning.
Your first appointment will conclude with your first adjustment. Recommendations and detailed findings from your examination and scans will be reviewed during your follow up Report of Findings appointment.
First Appointment
Your first appointment includes an office tour, a thorough health history, examination, neuroThermal, neuroCore, and neuroPulse scans, and your first adjustment.
Dr. Codi will take time to understand your health concerns, goals, lifestyle, stress patterns, and previous chiropractic experiences to gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system and body are functioning.
This appointment takes approximately 45 to 60 minutes.
Second Appointment
During your second appointment, Dr. Codi will begin with your next adjustment and then review your Report of Findings in greater detail. You will learn what was discovered during your initial examination and scans, how stress and nervous system patterns may be impacting your health, and how chiropractic care may support your goals moving forward.
Dr. Codi will also review personalized care recommendations, answer any questions you may have, and discuss available care plan and payment options when you choose to continue care.
If you have a spouse, parent, or loved one who is typically involved in healthcare or financial decisions, we encourage them to attend this appointment with you.
This appointment takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes.
Third Appointment
Welcome to the practice! By your third visit, you’ll begin transitioning into regular chiropractic care visits. These appointments are focused, personalized, and designed to support your nervous system and overall health goals through consistent care.
Your adjustment appointments are approximately 15 minutes long.
You shouldn’t have to compromise on care because of cost. That’s why we accept the CareCredit credit card with special financing options.

Financial Scholarship Program
At Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio (IYCS), we believe that everyone deserves access to exceptional chiropractic care, regardless of financial circumstances. To support families in need, we offer one Financial Scholarship per month for an individual or family of up to four members living in the same household.
This program is designed to make care affordable and accessible by adjusting costs based on household income using the Federal Poverty Guidelines and a sliding scale fee structure.
Who Qualifies?
✔ Individuals or families of up to four members living in the same household.
✔ Applicants who demonstrate financial need based on Federal Poverty Guidelines.
✔ Individuals committed to consistent care, participation, and community engagement.
✔ Those not eligible for outside financing options.
✔ Must apply in person at IYCS office.
How It Works
Sliding Scale Fee Structure:
- Assistance is based on household income and the federal poverty level (FPL).
- Scholarship recipients may receive up to 80% coverage, depending on financial eligibility.
- Additional family members beyond four may qualify for discounted care based on the current family care plan structure and sliding scale rates.
Application Process
One individual or family per month is awarded the scholarship on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants must apply in person at IYCS and provide:
- A financial scholarship application.
- Proof of household income.
- A personal statement explaining financial need and commitment to care.
If the monthly quota is filled, applicants may reapply on the 1st of the following month.
