What to Expect at Your First Appointment
When you arrive for your first appointment, you will fill out a practice member intake forms if you did not do this online before your appointment. Once you have completed your forms we will give you a tour of the office and begin your free consultation where we will discuss your health goals and how chiropractic can help you achieve your goals. Dr. Codi will perform a thorough exam including neuroThermal, neuroCore and neuroPulse scan and take the time to understand your health history, as well as the goals you have for treatment.
First Appointment
Office tour, consultation, examination and first entrainment! This appointment takes approximately 45-60 minutes!
Second Appointment
During the second appointment, Dr. Codi will start the appointment with your second adjustment. She will then review her Report of Findings for you more in-depth. You will learn what she’s found during her initial examination and how chiropractic can benefit you. Dr. Codi will include financial information and possible obligations. If you make the decision to proceed and commit to the proposed care plan, Dr. Codi can provide you with possible packages.
If you have a loved one who typically helps you make financial decisions, whether a parent of a child or a spouse, they should join you at this time. This appointment takes approximately 30-45 minutes!
Third Appointment
Welcome to the practice! The third visit will be very similar to the rest. you will come in for your adjustment. An adjustment appointment is 15 minutes!
You shouldn’t have to compromise on care because of cost. That’s why we accept the CareCredit credit card with special financing options.

Financial Scholarship Program
At Innately Yours Chiropractic Studio (IYCS), we believe that everyone deserves access to exceptional chiropractic care, regardless of financial circumstances. To support families in need, we offer one Financial Scholarship per month for an individual or family of up to four members living in the same household.
This program is designed to make care affordable and accessible by adjusting costs based on household income using the Federal Poverty Guidelines and a sliding scale fee structure.
Who Qualifies?
✔ Individuals or families of up to four members living in the same household.
✔ Applicants who demonstrate financial need based on Federal Poverty Guidelines.
✔ Individuals committed to consistent care, participation, and community engagement.
✔ Those not eligible for outside financing options.
✔ Must apply in person at IYCS office.
How It Works
Sliding Scale Fee Structure:
- Assistance is based on household income and the federal poverty level (FPL).
- Scholarship recipients may receive up to 80% coverage, depending on financial eligibility.
- Additional family members beyond four may qualify for discounted care based on the current family care plan structure and sliding scale rates.
Application Process
One individual or family per month is awarded the scholarship on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants must apply in person at IYCS and provide:
- A financial scholarship application.
- Proof of household income.
- A personal statement explaining financial need and commitment to care.
If the monthly quota is filled, applicants may reapply on the 1st of the following month.
